This a 6-month contract position with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities:
File move in/out paperwork.
Update lease tracking system and ensure all paperwork is received from the sites.
Prepare archiving filing.
Handle file information requests from the sites and the Customer Service Centre.
Coverage for reception for lunch breaks, holidays and when necessary.
Maintain digital and manual filing systems.
Compiling documents to send in courier to site.
Ensuring accuracy of all legal documents received.
Processing and completing Bankruptcy and Debt Consolidation documents.
Creation of Customer Reference Letters.
Other duties / projects as required.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Post Secondary Education an asset.
2- 4 years related experience within administrative department preferred.
Technical Requirements:
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Microsoft TEAMS.
Ability to learn in-house computer programs.
Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology.
Non-Technical Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work in a face paced environment while effectively juggling differing tasks on a daily basis.
Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment.
