Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu inquiries, orders, and product selections.
- Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare simple food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the counter area adhering to food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
