Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers to meet their parts needs
- Advise customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a timely manner
- Receive, provide, and issue purchase orders and receipts of goods
- Research availability of parts within the facility or from other resources as necessary
- Search part numbers using our operating system
- Process orders and follow up with customers
- Remain up-to -date on product knowledge
- Maintain communication with internal shipping department, suppliers and customers
- Complete all applicable inventory, work orders, PO’s, receipts of goods entry and put stock away
- Participate in required inventory cycle counts and provide back-up support to other parts department employees as required
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure that workspace and showroom areas are organized and clean
- Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to work
- Other tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Would consider farm experience
- Journeyperson Parts Technician Certificate (considered an asset)
- Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment (considered an asset)
- Proficient computer skills
- Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
- Self-motivated and Results-oriented
- Organized with ability to balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Upbeat, positive, team-oriented in nature
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members

Experience:
- agriculture parts: 3 years (preferred)
