We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to join our BBQ catering company. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, tracking supplies, and making sure all food, equipment, and event materials are prepared and ready before each catering event.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring inventory levels for meats, produce, dry goods, sauces, beverages, and BBQ supplies
- Keeping track of stock coming in and going out
- Organizing warehouse/storage areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Preparing inventory lists for upcoming BBQ catering events
- Checking supplies and equipment before and after events
- Tracking BBQ equipment, serving supplies, chafing dishes, coolers, tents, tables, and utensils
- Reporting low-stock items to management before event dates
- Assisting with receiving deliveries and organizing purchases
- Helping ensure all event supplies are packed, counted, and ready on time
Requirements:
- Must have previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Able to lift and move boxes, food supplies, and event equipment
- Comfortable keeping records and tracking inventory
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Catering, BBQ, food service, or event company experience is an asset
Pay: $18.00 per hour
