YOUR MISSION:
Project Design and Compliance
- Plan and Specification Design: Contribute to the creation of plans, specifications, and detailed drawings for a Petroleum Storage Tank Repair Project, guided by recommendations from the API 653 Inspection Report.
Client Coordination and Technical Support
- Client Needs Assessment: Coordinate directly with the client to accurately define project requirements.
- Construction Support: Provide technical assistance to the resident engineer in the supervision and monitoring of construction work.
Documentation and Procurement
- Bidding Documents: Participate in the verification and preparation of bidding documents, specifications, and other technical documentation needed for the procurement of various components and materials.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Team Supervision: Oversee and collaborate with technicians and draftsmen assigned to the project.
- Junior Engineer Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Project Support: Perform any additional tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects within petroleum storage terminals, leveraging expertise in this field.
- Verification and Validation: Conduct verification and validation calculations to ensure that plans align with both client specifications and regulatory code requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience: 10+ years in oil and gas, with a solid background in mechanical engineering.
- API Knowledge: Strong proficiency in API 650 and API 653 standards.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, ensure compliance, and meet client requirements.
