The ideal candidate will take full ownership of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As a key leader, the Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success, proactively manage risks, and maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Tasks:
· Plan and optimize the realization of projects
· Maintain and ensure compliance with schedules and budgets
· Manage project risks and quality
· Ensure customer and collaborator satisfaction during and at the end of projects
· Negotiate and review contracts with collaborators
· Rigorously follow up on the various deliverables during the project
Requirements :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven experience working for a general contractor on large-scale projects
- Strong experience in industrial projects, including water treatment facilities, waste water treatment facilities and/or pumping stations
- Demonstrated experience on major government-funded projects and/or other public sector clients
