Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Worker . . This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, and repair. Must have a strong skill set in multiple tasks. Must be agile enough to work in crawl spaces.
Responsibilities
- This is an independent role in helping to maintain and upgrade a 3 cottage property in Shediac over the next 8-10 weeks.
- Roofing skills, vinyl siding experience, basic plumbing and carpentry are a must. Painting, and basic maintenance.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Some tools are provided but use of you own equipment is preferred.
- Must be self managed and be able to plan and work your shift independently.
- Daily check in with the Owner to prioritize projects.
- A Truck to pick up supplies would be helpful
- Hours are flexible so if you have another job and want to fill more hours we can discuss.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
