Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Serve food and beverages during service.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed.
Set up and maintain buffet lines, BBQ stations, condiment stations, and beverage areas.
Refill food, sauces, beverages, utensils, napkins, and disposable products throughout service.
Assist chefs and grill staff with replenishment and service support.
Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with loading and unloading catering vehicles and equipment.
Set up tables, chairs, linens, tents, buffet stations, signage, and décor.
Arrange plates, cutlery, serving utensils, and catering equipment.
Assist with complete event teardown and packing after service.
Ensure all catering equipment and supplies are returned and organized properly.
Support grill and kitchen staff during BBQ service.
Carry food trays, coolers, propane tanks, ice, and catering supplies safely.
Monitor outdoor stations and replenish supplies as needed.
Assist with outdoor event logistics and weather-related adjustments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all outdoor service areas.
Maintain cleanliness of buffet lines, guest areas, prep stations, and back-of-house areas.
Clear tables, garbage, recycling, and used service items during events.
Wash and organize catering equipment, trays, and utensils after service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Leave event venues clean and organized after completion.
Assist with additional operational duties assigned by management.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work.
Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies safely.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long event hours.

Managing beverage and condiment stations
Refilling salads, buns, sauces, and disposable supplies
Clearing guest tables and maintaining cleanliness
Assisting with event setup and teardown

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
