Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Pawn boutique. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
- Assess the market value of a wide range of consumer goods in order to determine loan
amounts and retail pricing.
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly when resolving issues with customers and
dealing with customers bringing in items for quick cash.
- Answer incoming customer calls and
respond to customer emails.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and provide guidance on product usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Daily cleaning duties.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
