This key role is part of Parker Canada’s National Customer Service team. Working in a team environment, the Inside Sales Representative solves the unique challenges of our varied customer base and is involved in providing pricing and product availability information, proactively expediting critical orders and working with our internal team to provide our customers with engineered solutions. Utilizing investigative skills and interpersonal relationships, the Inside Sales Representative helps resolve the customer’s challenges to ensure a positive customer experience, making them likely to recommend.
This key role is based out of our Milton head office and is part of Parker Canada’s National Customer Experience team. If you have exceptional customer service skills, have a technical education or equivalent experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for long term career growth, this opportunity may be right for you!
- University Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- Certification in Fluid Power or willingness to gain the certification
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience in customer service or inside sales
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred
- Strong desire to grow with a leading company with global opportunities
