Responsibilities
- Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance to ensure optimal watering of plants.
- Support horticultural activities including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
- Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks related to plant containers and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture or gardening is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting.
- Basic math skills for measurements and record-keeping.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
