Frontlink Inc, located in Delhi, ON is seeking an experienced Service Technician or very well Mechanically Inclined Individual to join our growing team. For over 25 years, Frontlink Inc has been a family owned and operated business – serving a wide Customer base throughout all of Canada by supplying them with European Manufactured Equipment/Attachments. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional equipment, parts, service, and customer support through our knowledgeable, trained and experienced teams!
Responsibilities
- Install tractor attachments onto new and used Tractors
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare new and used equipment for sale or delivery
- Operate shop tools, diagnostic equipment, forklifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Schedule & Setup of Seeding and Tillage Equipment in-field throughout customer serviced areas and train Farmer on equipment operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- On-call in busy season for equipment on support either by phone or in-person
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and company quality standards
- Unload containers inbound from EU
- Assist with Exhibitions when required including setup and dismantling
- Willing to travel to dealerships for onsite installs, diagnostics
- Willing to travel within Canada when required, all expenses will be paid for
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Requirement: Experience in RELATED field (agriculture)
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of agricultural considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Individual requires a good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in various positions for extended periods throughout the day
- Organization and time management is a requirement
- Ability to work outside in Canadian climates
- Some Travel is required for this position
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a requirement
- Maintain a valid passport for international training is a requirementCompensation & Benefits

- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday and Evening (when in season)

Pay: $26.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 – 50.0 per week
