We are Rydel Roofing looking for individuals to join our marketing team for the Summer! This is an ideal job for individuals that want to work part-time & are hungry to grow in sales/
PLEASE NOTE: This is an entry position towards a position within our sales team. Our sales position helps gather projects for Rydel by selling in-person in clients homes. You will be a high ticket sales person with the ability to make great comission based on results. Given you are able to hit our minimum expectations for this position, you should expect a 6 figure salary.
What you will be responsible for:
- Knocking on doors and promoting our Roofing service in Winnipeg (All over - Neighborhood focused)
- Working by yourself and 1-3 other marketers per shift
- Collecting leads from clients (a lead consists of a name, phone number, email, address, and the expectation that the client would like an estimate to get done)
What will be expected of you:
- Positive and persistent attitude (My team hires for attitude and trains for skill)
- Ability to work with clients
- Hours are flexible based on your schedule, expect to work anywhere from 9-20 hours per week (minimum 9 hours a week)
- Reliable Transportation (door-to-door routes may vary within the City)
- Referring our services to friends and family
