Atwill-Morin LCM, a union company based in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking skilled Copper Roofing Sheet Metal Workers to join our team immediately. Experience in lead and copper is preferred but not essential.

- Bring your own basic tools
- Basic PPE required
- Certifications in Worker Health and Safety , WHMIS, and Working at Heights is essential
- Hourly rate will follow union pay scale and collective agreement
- Non-union applications welcome
- Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance
What You'll Do
- Fabricate, Install, repair, and restore custom copper roofing systems on historic and heritage buildings
- Fabricate and install copper flashings, gutters, downspouts, cornices, domes, steeples, and architectural details
- Work with traditional sheet metal techniques alongside modern roofing methods
- Participate in high-profile restoration projects that preserve local history and craftsmanship
- Read drawings, layouts, and specifications to complete precision work
- Collaborate with a skilled team that takes pride in quality workmanship
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, sheet metal, metal cladding, or architectural metalwork preferred
- Heritage restoration experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, brakes, shears, and metal-forming equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
