We are currently looking for a Flyer Distribution Specialist to join our team. This position requires to work on-site 5 days a week.
Assist in the development and planning of flyer distribution across assigned banners.
Create and assure accuracy of run lists in the DOT database, based on selected geography and versioning.
Issue BO’s & PO’s to suppliers within required deadlines, ensuring accurate quantities and correct rates.
Act as key contact for client, dealers, external distributors, printers and transportation companies.
Interact with customers/dealers/suppliers regarding any changes or updates.
Troubleshoot distribution issues such as fulfillment /shipping/alternate distributors/distribution days/lead times/deadlines/holiday closures, etc.
Discern the different types of distributors and the service provided by them to make informed decisions and identify when something has been booked incorrectly.
Act to identify potential problem areas to look for things such as duplication, penetration, warehouse exceptions, distributor/vehicle notes and corrects appropriately.
Exercise sound judgement on potential financial impact and costing implications, raise concerns when appropriate
Minimum two (2) years in a Customer Service role or similar environment
Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, think quickly, take action
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, ability to work in a team driven environment as well as autonomously
Customer service and client focused, strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and written
Sense of ownership for assigned projects, proactively considering the big picture, how things are affected further down the line
