As the Account Manager, Business to Business Contracts you are accountable for maintaining and protecting existing B2B accounts and for generating new business revenue opportunities while maintaining approved profit margins within each customer market segment. As a key member of the B2B team the Account Manager participates in regular business meetings, with travel as required for customer visits, meetings, conferences etc.
This is a full time permanent role located at 100 International Boulevard, Toronto.
Responsibilities Promote the full portfolio of B2B tests to Health Care Professionals and companies within the assigned territory Facilitate feedback from clients to support new test development and expand service offerings Provide reporting at Monthly Business Review meetings Prepare annual business plan and participate in weekly KPI meetings and calls Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver customized customer solutions while optimizing account revenue & profitability Collaborate with Finance to have complete understanding of financials for each account and ensure contract terms are in alignment with corporate objectives Work with the Operations team to identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of LifeLabs service offerings Review changes to test handling and assess impact to contract clients; work with Operations to provide written notice to clients impacted Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and messages in a timely manner Attend relevant trade shows and conferences on behalf of LifeLabs As required, assist with RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline is preferred 1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service and laboratory/healthcare sector Demonstrated commitment to customer service Inside Sales experience an asset Good understanding of pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical processes Excellent communication and relationship building skills Full valid driving license
