Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional removal, replacement, and repair of windshields, side glass, and rear glass across a wide range of light trucks, commercial vehicles, and passenger cars.
- Accurately measure, cut, and finish flat laminated glass for custom and heavy equipment applications.
- Prepare pinchwelds, treat rust spots properly, and apply adhesives following strict safety and OEM standards.
- Inspect, diagnose, and replace damaged window regulators, motors, and door hardware.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and deliver top-notch service to our local customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an Auto Glass Technician or Glazier.
- Flat Glass: Demonstrated experience handling, cutting, and fitting flat laminated glass.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background with automotive door components, seals, trims, and specialized glass hand tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Commitment to clean urethane work, accurate fitments, and leak-free installations.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
