JN Landscaping Ltd. is a locally owned and operated landscaping company serving the Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria since 2014. We specialize in landscape maintenance, garden care, and landscaping and garden install projects, with a reputation for plant knowledge and detail-oriented work.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and has at least one year of experience with a landscaping company. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, and those looking for a summer job. Training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup
- Support with garden installs: planting, soil preparation, mulching
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided where needed)
- Load and unload equipment and debris
- Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
Hours & Compensation
- Full time, part time, and seasonal
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and reliability
