This is a full-time commission-based career opportunity, with an hourly salary guarantee.

Sales Responsibilities
- Driving sales to meet or exceed budgets
- Executing the company’s selling program
- Providing excellent customer service during and after the sale
- Ongoing internal sales training and development
- Participating in company/vendor sales training classes to remain current on products, offerings, and programs
- Learning about, embracing, and informing customers about emerging sleep technology
Store Execution
- Following the opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring corporate expectations are followed
- Managing merchandise through unloading, receiving, putting away, and loading mattresses and accessories
- Communicating with management
- Assisting in the administrative functions of the store
- Completing projects and assignments as requested by the store manager
- Creating positive and lasting relationships with our vendors
Store Merchandising
- Ensuring merchandise and POP are current and displayed appropriately
- Ensuring consistency of store pricing
- Managing the movement of damaged, discontinued, and slow-moving merchandise
