OVERVIEW
The Restaurant Prep & Team Member supports daily restaurant operations by performing morning prep, joining the restaurant team for guest service and operational tasks, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, including food prep and front-of-house operations
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Ability to perform hands-on prep and serve guests in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Morning Prep & Kitchen Support
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant food prep and storage areas
- Assist with inventory management and equipment care
Restaurant Floor / Team Member Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service consistently in accordance with company standards
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counter areas, and workstations
- Perform opening checklists
- Support other restaurant tasks and team members as required to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain speed, quality, and consistency of food and service output
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
- Adhere to cost control guidelines and assist with waste reduction initiatives
- Report operational issues or safety concerns promptly to management
Team Support & Compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet operational goals
- Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards
- Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and brand standards
GENERAL
- Fluent in English and effective communication with guests, team members, and management
- Compliance with all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures is required
- Must maintain professional behaviour, confidentiality, and team-oriented conduct
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and brand standard
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
