The Opportunity
Our marketing team operates at the speed of social media and serves as the front line of agent support. We provide marketing consultations, digital strategy, graphic design, social media training, headshots, written content, and campaign development.
We’re currently looking for a Commercial Marketing Assistant—a detail-oriented, systems-minded professional with strong client service skills and a knack for problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and eager to build specialized expertise within the commercial real estate marketing field. In this role, you will support 20+ commercial real estate agents with marketing initiatives and day-to-day brokerage operations.

In this role, you will be required to report to the Commercial Marketing Coordinator.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agent support and daily brokerage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
- Coordinate and manage commercial listings as a primary focus, including timelines, documentation, uploads, and deliverables.
- Develop and distribute brochures and marketing materials, including branded presentations and listing packages.
- Maintain organized and accurate records, including property details, marketing assets, and documentation across CRM systems, listing platforms, and shared drives.
- Post, update, and track listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance monitoring.
- Support agent marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and company website updates.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, branding, and graphic design materials for agents, teams, and brokerage initiatives.
- Assist with coordinating commercial signage requests, approvals, and branding execution.
- Liaise with agents, internal teams, and external vendors to support listing, marketing, and operational needs.
- Review and ensure all marketing materials align with brokerage standards, branding, and industry guidelines.
- Support onboarding of new agents
- Assist with brokerage and commercial events and related initiatives.
- Provide ongoing administrative support, track marketing and listing performance, and identify or escalate process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, operations, or marketing support role (real estate experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and listing platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for branding, accuracy, and quality control
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, email campaigns, or content creation)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Experience with Canva, basic HTML coding and Mailchimp
- Understanding of design principles (asset)
