Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cuts, trims, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster strong communication with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
