T-Rex Brewery is a rapidly growing commercial craft brewery, specializing in high-quality, German-style ales. We are looking for a skilled, driven Brewer to step in, master our processes, and eventually take over daily brewing operations.

The Commute & Perks:
Our facility is located in Onoway, AB—a traffic-free 25-minute drive north of Stony Plain and Spruce Grove. About 35 minutes from Edmonton.

- 4-Day Workweek: Our regular production shifts run Mon-Thurs from 8:00am - 6:00pm to minimize commute time. A standard 5-day schedule may be accommodated as well.
- Independence: We are a goal-oriented, family-run business. As long as production goals are achieved, the exact schedule can be a bit flexible.

What You’ll Focus On:
- Daily Brewing: Your primary focus is brewhouse operations, recipe execution, and fermentation tracking for our German-style ales.
- Process Oversight: Monitor and optimize production to maintain consistency across our 100k+ monthly can output.
- Light Canning Oversight: You'll provide occasional support to the canning team to make sure the process runs smoothly and ensure top notch quality.
- Sanitation & Quality Control: Execute rigorous CIP protocols and quality checks (pH, gravity, temperature, etc).
- Equipment Mastery: Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on pumps, valves, and brewhouse utility systems.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Commercial brewing experience is mandatory. Experience brewing traditional European or German styles is a major asset.
- Leadership Mindset: You have the drive and organizational skills to transition into managing a high-output production floor independently.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Comfort performing basic troubleshooting on commercial manufacturing/brewing equipment.
- Logistics Capability: Ability to safely operate a forklift to move raw ingredients and finished pallets (training/recertification provided if needed).
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to commute to our facility in Onoway.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
