Our client is seeking an AI Specialist to support enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI tools and best practices. This role will act as a hands-on subject matter expert for AI usage, prompt engineering, and workflow integration, enabling teams to apply AI safely, effectively, and consistently across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of large language models with excellent communication and training capabilities. This is an Agentic AI role, and the client currently uses the Google AI stack.

- Serve as the internal point of expertise for AI-related questions, guidance, and troubleshooting.

Train and onboard employees on effective and responsible AI usage, including prompt design and workflow integration.

Shape, curate, and maintain AI training datasets to improve model accuracy, relevance, and output quality.

Document and maintain a centralized repository of AI use cases, examples, and best practices.

Ensure AI-generated outputs align with established tone, quality, and brand standards.

Reinforce data privacy, security, and governance standards related to AI usage.

Publish recurring internal communications (e.g., newsletters or updates) highlighting AI wins and practical use cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and expand AI-enabled productivity opportunities.

Support AI applications across areas such as document retrieval, content generation, ideation, and internal support tools.

- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and model behavior.

Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Proven ability to teach, train, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience building or supporting AI-driven workflows, content generation, or dataset curation.

Solid awareness of data privacy, security, and AI governance considerations.

Hands-on experience with leading LLM platforms and tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, OpenAI-based solutions).

- Experience training teams on new technologies or driving adoption of emerging tools.

Strong collaborative mindset with a continuous-improvement approach and curiosity around evolving AI capabilities.

Vertex AI platform experience a strong nice-to-have; candidates with this skill are likely to have the broader tech stack the client is targeting.

Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification (or similar Google certifications).

- 3 years of experience in machine learning, web development, data, or related technical domains.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
