Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader – Woodbridge
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader for our logistics warehouse in Woodbridge.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and staffing of the assigned team;
- Lead the team to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently and accurately;
- Provide on-site guidance to ensure employees follow standard operating procedures and correct errors when needed;
- Assign daily tasks based on order volume and workload;
- Monitor quality control to prevent shipping errors, missed items, missed scans, and other operational issues;
- Track and report daily productivity, including package volume, order volume, and other relevant data;
- Identify and report operational issues in a timely manner, including inventory discrepancies, system issues, and staffing concerns;
- Assist the supervisor with other warehouse management and operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse management, team lead, or supervisory experience;
- Experience in a fulfillment warehouse, logistics warehouse, or e-commerce warehouse is preferred;
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and WMS systems is preferred;
- Strong data tracking and basic analytical skills;
- Previous team management experience with strong communication and organizational skills;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to work under pressure and handle on-site operational issues effectively;
- Fluent Mandarin is required; English communication skills are also required.
Experience:

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
