Assistante dentaire (temps partiel)
Située au cœur de l’Ouest-de-l’Île, la Clinique dentaire Pointe-Claire offre une gamme complète de soins dentaires pour toute la famille, incluant les soins préventifs, la dentisterie générale, la dentisterie esthétique, les implants dentaires et l’orthodontie.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une assistante dentaire dynamique, organisée et souriante qui aime offrir un service attentionné aux patients et qui souhaite évoluer au sein d’une équipe chaleureuse et collaborative.
Vous aimez également le travail administratif? Cette opportunité pourrait vous permettre de combiner des fonctions en assistance dentaire et à la réception, selon votre expérience (pas obligatoire).
Compétences requises:
- Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience comme assistante dentaire.
- Une expérience en secrétariat dentaire ou en administration est un atout important.
- Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais.
- Sens de l'organisation, discrétion et professionnalisme.
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
- Esprit d'équipe, attitude positive et souci du travail bien fait.
Principales responsabilités:
- Assister les dentistes lors des traitements.
- Préparer les salles opératoires et le matériel requis pour chaque intervention.
- Effectuer la stérilisation des instruments conformément aux normes en vigueur.
- Donner les instructions postopératoires aux patients selon les directives du dentiste.
- Participer, selon vos compétences, à certaines tâches administratives ou à l'accueil des patients.

Part-Time Dental Assistant
Located in the heart of the West Island, Clinique dentaire Pointe-Claire provides comprehensive dental care for the whole family, including preventive care, general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and orthodontics.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and friendly Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Interested in administrative work as well? This position may offer the opportunity to combine dental assisting with front desk responsibilities, depending on your experience and interest (not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Previous experience in dental reception or administration is a strong asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Organized, professional, and able to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for each appointment.
- Perform instrument sterilization in accordance with current infection prevention and control standards.
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist.
- Assist with front desk and administrative duties, depending on your skills and experience.
