Overview:
A Fire Suppression Inspector installs, tests, maintains and repairs Fire Suppression Equipment. Travel is required between work sites. Independent and collaborative work is necessary. The ideal candidate must be competent in the requirements of NFPA 10, NFPA 25, Provincial and Federal Fire Codes. Work must be conducted in a safe manner following all OH&S guidelines and PFP Canada procedures.

Branch Manager and Corporate Fire Suppression Manager
Scope of work:
· Install Kitchen, Paint Booths and Vehicle Suppression systems, installation includes: pipe runs, threading, cutting …
· Perform preventive Fire Suppression annual and semi-annual inspections.
· Repair deficiencies.
· Drive between sites
· Create comprehensible reports on handheld devices
· Submit daily Hazard Assessment forms, Weekly Vehicle Inspection forms and attend all safety/toolbox talk meetings
· Complete all internal training as assigned
· Read and understand the Safety Process Manual and participate in the program;
· Comply with Government regulations
· Refuse to carry out work where you have reason to believe there is imminent danger to yourself or others;
· Wear proper protective equipment when required
· Report hazards in the workplace
· Correct unsafe conditions where possible
· Report injuries, accidents and incidents

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
