GrowME Marketing is looking for a sharp, organized, and highly professional Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our CEO and sales team in managing leads, consultations, proposals, and client communication.

About the Role
As the Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will support the sales journey from initial inquiry through consultation, proposal, and follow-up. You will serve as an important point of contact for prospective clients while providing administrative and coordination support to the CEO and sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and staying organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls and create a professional first impression for prospective clients.
- Respond to new leads promptly by phone and email.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate meeting details.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Gather key information from prospective clients and prepare lead briefs for the CEO and sales team.
- Assist with proposal preparation, formatting, and delivery.
- Track proposal status and follow up with prospects to keep opportunities moving.
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activities, and next steps within the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support marketing initiatives and help maintain a premium client experience throughout the sales process.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

What you'll Bring
- 2+ years in sales or marketing related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or any field related to sales and marketing
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Excellent people, communication and writing skills
- A positive attitude and passion for sales
- Experience with marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC is an asset
