Our client is a logistics company that prioritizes efficiency, reliability, and customer service in the transportation and delivery of packages. They are currently looking for a dedicated Courier to join their team. This role involves the courteous and efficient pickup and delivery of packages on assigned routes, ensuring all shipments meet service standards.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages efficiently and courteously on assigned routes.
- Verify that all shipments meet service standards and customer requirements.
- Provide related customer service functions, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Adapt to varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and holidays.
- Use technology and equipment to track shipments and update records.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends.
