Our growing airport is now accepting applications for the position of Custodian.

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Airport & Infrastructure Manager, the Airport Custodian is responsible for maintaining the Airport Terminal building (ATB); sweeping, washing and waxing floors; removal of slush, water and other obstacles from the ATB floors; operating tools and equipment necessary to maintain the ATB; perform minor maintenance; erecting and removing decorations; washing windows, walls and ATB furniture; collecting and removing garbage and recyclables; keeping the store room/custodian room clean and orderly; listing, ordering and receiving supplies necessary for carrying out duties; performs other related duties as assigned, including contract cleaning for ATB tenants; cleaning the bathroom and lunchroom in the maintenance shop, and other TRAA offices/buildings outside of the ATB.
Qualifications:
This position requires a Grade 12 education with experience in custodial equipment, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
· Ability to operate various types of electric cleaning equipment.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with airport employees and other airport staff.
· Be physically able to perform the work required.
· Valid driver's license
