Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Pool Attendant with certifications in lifeguarding to join our team in providing exceptional service at a swimming pool in North York. This role is vital in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, contributing to our mission of enhancing community well-being.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
- Monitor pool conditions and report any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular pool testing procedures.
- Provide assistance in case of medical emergencies.
Qualifications
- NLS & First Aid with CPR-C is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with children and families.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations is an asset.
- Experience in recreation, hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
