RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications
- Work all stations in the kitchen including prep and dishwasher
- Provide fast and friendly service
- FIFO, portion control, rotation
- Receive food and supply orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required
