Load Control Clerk (Contract)

Position Overview: Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Load Control Clerk is responsible to ensure all Customer communication regarding passenger loads/requirements are cascaded throughout the facility to the appropriate department/personnel.
Job Description:
- Populate/update MPS data as required.
- Create Daily Load Control sheet and populate with 48hr, 24hr, 6hr and Final meal counts
- Update Load Control sheet and advise all departments of any increases/changes received from the Customer.
- Produce all Airline Galley tags for trolley’s, ovens and containers for all functional areas.
- Ensure all billing details 100% accurate for each flight by meeting with CSR accountable for flight post departure, signing invoice and forward same to billing department.
- Answer phones and direct communication of Customer inquiries and employee “call ins” to appropriate personnel.
- Utilize two way radios to communicate with Supervisors and CSR’s pertinent information
- Inform operations supervisors of all irregular operations (flight delays and menu changes etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisors.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated and a high energy individual
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent customer relations skills
- 1-2 years phone etiquette experience
- Airline experience as an asset
- Ability to read and write in English
- Effective problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Detail orientated

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
