Position Summary - The Reservations Agent is responsible to assist guests with planning and booking reservations for the resort
Pay for this position is $21.00 per hour.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries
- Make room reservations and answer quest inquiries
- Input reservations into PMS system
- Learn and become a master of the property PMS system
- Understand all rooms types and what each room has to offer including the views
- Fully understand the Resort property in order to recommend activities
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier, printer, and scanner.
