The Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group of Companies (ANHWP Group), is Alberta’s most experienced and most trusted new home warranty provider and educator for homebuilders. This position resides with The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) and works alongside The New Home Warranty Insurance (Canada) Corporation (NHWICC) and the Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta (PHBI) and Dweller Home Services.
Accountable for:
The Finance Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the Finance department. You will assist with many aspects of our operation in collaboration with our experienced team to support financial routines and processes, as well as reconciliations, financial statements, accounts payables, invoicing and others.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Finance Clerk are:
- Assist with standard accounts payables
- Process monthly employee expense report submissions
- Assist with accounts receivable collections and reconciliations
- Complete month end reconciliations for financial statement data entry
- Assist with quarterly G&A variance reporting and forecasting
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
