Assisting in Various Program Rooms with a variety of ages of children, from newborn to 12 years old.
We are seeking to hire supply staff for 2-5 days/week starting in September.
Candidates for this position are required to have First Aid/CPR Certification, and a current Vulnerable Sector Check. Education in a childcare field is an asset. Experience working with children and a working understanding of Licensing requirements and Ontario's How Does Learning Happen are definite assets. Teamwork and flexibility are valued.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture children in all areas of development.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Use materials, such as songs, stories, art projects, or literacy activities.
- Talk with parents about their children's progress.

- Possibility of extension to permanent full-time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.25-$21.25 per hour

- Renfrew, ON K7V 3Z2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
