Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install and repair electrical systems.
- Perform electrical installations in new construction, renovations, and maintenance projects using hand tools and power tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems with wiring, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and low voltage systems.
- Install and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation equipment for industrial applications.
- Work safely around high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience as an industrial electrician or in similar construction environments.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, and multimeters; experienced with power tools for heavy-duty tasks.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems including security alarms, communication wiring, and automation controls.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and renovation procedures.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation projects.
- Handy with general handyman tasks related to electrical repairs or upgrades in residential or commercial settings.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
