Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care (buffing, waxing), laundry services, and trash disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with residential cleaning tasks or hotel housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction or homeowner comfort.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to ensure continuous cleanliness operations.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality across all assignments.
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; experience in commercial or hotel cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry services.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Customer service orientation with professional communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking (for hospitality settings), housekeeper management experience, or familiarity with sanitation standards in healthcare or food service environments.
