Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and safety-focused Foreman to lead field crews on a variety of roofing and building envelope projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for crew supervision, project coordination, quality control, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
The Foreman serves as the primary on-site leader, overseeing daily operations while maintaining productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Supervise and lead crews on commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities to meet project schedules and production targets
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, drawings, company standards, and manufacturer requirements
- Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments
- Mentor and train crew members in roofing techniques and safe work practices
- Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements, and site logistics
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, suppliers, and crew members
- Identify and resolve job site challenges proactively to minimize delays and maximize productivity
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
- Reliable transportation to the shop and/or job sites
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and safely maneuvering on roofs and scaffolding
