Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Civil Labourer to join our dynamic landscaping team. As a Civil Labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction and maintenance tasks to enhance outdoor spaces for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to creating beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of landscapes, including but not limited to digging, trenching, and backfilling.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials and supplies to work sites.
- Follow project instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for safe working practices.
- Support team members in completing project tasks on time and within budget.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in civil construction or landscaping preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
