We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, and other specialized techniques.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend additional therapies or wellness practices as appropriate.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health conditions and treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and active listening skills during client interactions.
