Have Trowel Will Travel Ltd is a small gardening business whose goal is to improve and/or maintain residential gardens in the greater Edmonton area. Crew members work under the direction and supervision of a team leader. On the job training and support, as well as all necessary tools and supplies, are provided. Jobs are conducted in various locations in the greater Edmonton area. A crew may travel to several locations in a single day, a vehicle is required. Work is conducted outside in changing weather conditions. In severe weather conditions work may be delayed or cancelled.

Jobs require physical fitness and stamina. Some jobs are very repetitive in nature and movement up and down is common. Heavy lifting is occasionally required. Knowledge of and identification of common outdoor plants and weeds would be helpful but on the job training is provided. Crew members require their own vehicle to get to job sites (taking ubers/taxis or trying to coordinate rides will not be logisitically feasible). Salary is commensurate with related experience, skills and knowledge.
