Carecor is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. Registered Nurses play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across a wide range of healthcare settings. RNs assess, monitor, and document patient health, administer medications and treatments, assist with clinical procedures, and educate patients and their families on health management and self-care. Working as key members of multidisciplinary healthcare teams, RNs collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans, policies, and professional standards.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient health status, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
- Perform clinical procedures and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, assessments, and documentation.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control practices, safety regulations, and nursing best practices.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changing patient needs in a variety of healthcare settings.
Job Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Current and unrestricted registration in good standing with the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body.
- Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS certification may be required for certain assignments.
- Recent clinical nursing experience in acute care, long-term care, community health, home care, or other healthcare settings is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in medication administration, patient monitoring, and clinical documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and adapt to different healthcare environments as required.
If successful, new hires will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to their start date.
