Sealtec Industries is looking to hire qualified Class 1 Drivers for our 2026 season
Our road crews perform crack sealing on major highways & municipal roadways across British Columbia!
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including overtime & weekends & willing to travel.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy winters on the mountains as our season is typically run from May - September depending on weather.
Road maintenance worker duties will include but are not limited to:
-Working outdoors
-Maintaining a safe working environment
-Working around equipment
-Ability to work with a group of people and can interact on a friendly and professional basis with other employees and customers
-On time and able to work 9-11 hours daily
-Must comply to Sealtec safe work procedures and on the job training
-Punctual and Mature
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Valid class 1 driver's license with the ability to drive safely
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Team orientated
-Must have own steel toed boots
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Perform daily pre-trip inspections & complete log books
