La Crème St. Jacobs is looking for an outgoing, style-minded Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team.
For more than 30 years, La Crème has been helping women dress for the moments that matter, from everyday outfits and special events to milestone celebrations. We’re a locally owned boutique known for our curated collection of women’s fashion, accessories, gifts, and formalwear, but what truly sets us apart is the experience we create.

What You’ll Do
As part of our sales team, you’ll:
- Create a warm, welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every client
- Build genuine, long-term client relationships through thoughtful service and follow-up
- Help clients discover clothing, accessories and gifts that suit their style, needs and occasion
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently make recommendations
- Participate in training, special events, promotions and in-store initiatives
- Support merchandising and maintain the polished La Crème aesthetic throughout the store
- Use our POS system confidently and accurately
- Help create the positive, energetic atmosphere our clients and team know La Crème for

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, marketing or communications is an asset. POS experience is also helpful, but we’re equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic and approach to people.

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week
Location: La Crème St. Jacobs, in person
Store Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
Open availability is required, including rotating weekends and holidays. We work hard to rotate weekend scheduling equitably while ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from La Crème.
