Job Overview
Moonlight Lounge & Bar is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and energetic Busser / Food Runner to join our team. We are seeking someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
This role is essential in supporting servers, assisting with food delivery, and helping create an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Must have availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and professionally
- Take dirty dishes, glasses, and cutlery to the kitchen
- Bring food from the kitchen to guests
- Assist servers and bartenders during busy hours
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Keep dining areas organized and presentable
- Assist with garbage, recycling, and light cleaning duties
- Restock napkins, cutlery, sauces, and restaurant supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
