Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst performs various technical work related to the coordinated reporting and forecasting for the Maritime International Division. This position is based in Montreal, Quebec.
Process data-analysis requests & determine pricing for engineering projects in Marine Control Systems and Nuclear Power Plant Simulation;
Prepare project cost & pricing summaries, based on estimates of labour and material requirements provided by engineering estimators;
Coordinate and participate in engineering and management reviews of project costs and executive management review of pricing;
Coordinate input for risk analysis and project benefit from Engineering, Legal and Marketing departments, for Senior Executive review;
Participate in establishing policies and procedures as applicable;
Prepare periodic status reports for executive management (weekly/monthly);
Participate in special projects as needed.
