The Crossing at Ghost River is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our accommodations and public spaces, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, and we are looking for an individual who shares that commitment. - Please note we are 25 minutes from Cochrane, employees must have reliable transport.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and other room essentials.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as needed.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards and guidelines.
- Assist in laundry duties, if required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to lift, bend, and reach as required for cleaning duties.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
