We are seeking a cook who has Forno pizza oven experience for high paced evenings and is available to close on shifts. We require cleaning and dishwashing as well as line prep abilities. 30 hours a week with potential full time hours available.

Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Support the team with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a requirement.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Strong skills in serving, cooking, meal preparation, and food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
