Key Responsibilities
Present financing, leasing, insurance and vehicle protection products clearly, professionally and ethically.
Secure financing and leasing approvals through banks and manufacturer lending partners.
Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance, protection packages and other aftermarket products.
Accurately complete and submit all required documentation while ensuring compliance with OMVIC, lender and regulatory requirements.
Ensure funding is completed quickly and accurately.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, lenders and dealership departments.
Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives and compliance requirements.
Support and achieve dealership Finance Office performance objectives.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle purchase through delivery.
What you will bring:
Minimum 4 years of retail automotive sales and/or F&I experience in a franchised dealership.
OMVIC Registration in good standing (or eligible to obtain).
Previous experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager is a plus
Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, credit applications and regulatory compliance.
Experience with dealer management systems and F&I software is an asset (PBS experience is considered an asset).
Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve performance objectives.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
